Spare parts for special components
Procurement and re-manufacture of special parts when the manufacturer no longer supplies them. A drawing or sample is enough.
Never again torch and inspection window
The sensor sits in the tank lid or on the storage room ceiling, measures the distance to the pellet surface and converts it into a percentage and remaining quantity. Weekly reminder and timely notice to reorder, so that no tank runs empty in the middle of winter.

Through any basement door, into any room
The tank consists of individual sheet-metal segments with sloping floor, suction probes and lid. The segments are bolted together on site, can be combined lengthwise or crosswise and extended later. Fire protection package and switching unit optional.

Why without an outdoor unit?
A conventional split air conditioner needs an outdoor unit, refrigerant lines through the wall, a refrigeration technician and often the consent of the landlord, the owners' association or heritage protection. With the Unico, everything is in the indoor unit: compressor, heat exchanger and refrigerant circuit are factory-filled and tested. Only two core drillings of 16 or 20 cm diameter for supply and exhaust air lead outside, covered by two discreet grilles.

Two reasons why retrofitting pays off even with an existing system
1 · Your boiler stays cold in spring and autumn
Pellet, oil and gas boilers run at their worst operating point in the transitional seasons: constant cycling for a few degrees in two rooms. A Unico heats exactly these rooms as an inverter heat pump – one kilowatt hour of electricity becomes three to four kilowatt hours of heat. The boiler only starts when it gets really cold. Fewer starts, less wear, less fuel – and in summer the same unit cools. One purchase, twelve months of benefit.
2 · Your PV system delivers exactly when you want to cool
Hot days are sunny days. At noon and in the afternoon a photovoltaic system feeds its surplus into the grid for a few cents while the bedroom heats up to 28 degrees. A Unico plugged into the socket turns this surplus into cool rooms – without a three-phase connection, without an outdoor unit, without a permit. Anyone with a heat pump or boiler without a cooling function can retrofit the air conditioning that new builds have as standard today.

Cooling 1.6 kW, heating 1.5 kW, class A. Front made of 100% recycled plastic, refrigerant circuit with less than 152 g R290 – so it can be used in any room without a minimum room size. Ideal for bedrooms and small offices.

Only 129 mm deep. Floor, wall or ceiling mounting. SLR version with radiant heating: maintains the room temperature even with the fan switched off. Touchscreen, remote control, Modbus and 0–10 V for smart home.
